UoPeople is proud to work with Hewlett Packard (HP), one of the world’s largest technology companies, to provide our students with a number of initiatives including a woman’s scholarship and mentoring program; voluntary internship opportunities; IT infrastructure and in-kind support.
HP creates new possibilities for technology to have a meaningful impact on people, businesses, governments and society, complementing University of the People’s mission to open access to global higher education for all qualified individuals despite financial, geographic or societal constraints.
Gabi Zedlmayer, Vice President and Chief Progress Officer Corporate Affairs at HP and a member of the UoPeople advisory board, explains “HP has a longstanding commitment to global citizenship and education, and we believe strongly in the work UoPeople is doing to democratize higher education. HP LIFE e-Learning – available anywhere, anytime – will extend and enhance the UoPeople virtual experience”.
We are proud to have this opportunity for our students, as well as the recognition of the aptitude and excellence of our students by HP.
