Principles of Business Management – BUS 1101
This course will present a survey of the basic methods by which managers have operated businesses, large and small. Foremost are the basic concepts of planning, leading, organizing, and controlling. Embedded within these key concepts are numerous skills that, when mastered, will allow you to embark on a career in business management.

By the end of this course students will be able to:

● Create and characterize good goals and objectives
