Reem N. Bsaiso works as an independent, international, senior consultant on national knowledge-based economy for human capital policies, towards economic growth and job creation, in support of merging ICT and 21st Century Skills in education from policy to results.

Chairman of the Board of Professionals for Humanity (USA), Advisory Board Member of Global Thinkers Forum (UK) & United Planet (Boston – USA). Founder of Global Outreach (Bahrain). As a global speaker Reem advocates for education as she understands the dynamics of enabling overarching policies to boost investment return, economic growth and job creation. Global activities: Member of the Paris-based UNESCO Advisory Panel of Experts on Debt Swaps and Innovative Approaches (UN 35 C/Resolution 12, 2009); Member of the Consultative Committee of ALECSO/LAS for US DoS Open Book Initiative, since 2014.
