Reem N. Bsaiso works as an independent, international, senior consultant on national knowledge-based economy for human capital policies, towards economic growth and job creation, in support of merging ICT and 21st Century Skills in education from policy to results.

As a global speaker Reem advocates for education as she understands the dynamics of enabling overarching policies to boost investment return, economic growth and job creation. Global activities: Member of the Paris-based UNESCO Advisory Panel of Experts on Debt Swaps and Innovative Approaches (UN 35 C/Resolution 12, 2009); Member of the Consultative Committee of ALECSO/LAS for US DoS Open Book Initiative, since 2014.
