What is the difference between an Associate’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree?

Can I complete my degree in under 4 years?

Yes! If the student maintains a minimum 3.00 CGPA, they will be eligible to take 43 courses per term. If that is maintained throughout the studies, it is possible to complete a Bachelor’s Degree at UoPeople in a minimum of 2 years!

Can I change programs once admitted?

Students may request to change majors by submitting a request in the UoPeople Portal with the following conditions:

Can I switch from an associate degree to a bachelors degree?

Yes! Many of our students start out pursuing an associates degree and then continue on to complete a bachelor’s degree. The associate degree requirements are the same as the first two years of the bachelor degree requirements, therefore it is a straightforward transition.
