How can i find the password to take the final exam in a proctored course?

The passwords are being sent directly to your proctor. Only if you are taking the English exam, you should get an email from Student Services with additional username and password.

If you or your proctor did not receive the mentioned, please contact your Personal Advisor.

I am trying to log in to the student portal and It will not work. How can I get help?

If you are trying to access the Self Services Portal, please visit here https://your.uopeople.edu/ , and click on ‘Forgot?’

How can I change my email address in your files?

You can edit your contact details by going to the “Change Personal Information” page in the UoPeople Self-Service Portal or contacting your advisor directly.

I’m having trouble registering for a course or adding a course, how can I do it?

If it is your first term, Student Services will register you. If it is not your first term, please check the email that was sent to you with your specific dates to register.
